Vocal remover
Separate vocals from the instrumental in a song.
When the voice is covering the part you want to hear, Soonic Stems gives you two synchronized tracks: vocals and instrumental. Listen to either one alone or balance them together.
What you get
A two-stem result with separate vocal and instrumental audio. Playback stays synchronized while you mute, solo, or adjust the tracks, and each stem can be downloaded.
How it works
- 01
Choose Stems
Import a supported audio or video file in the mobile app and choose Separate Stems. Songs can be up to 3 minutes.
- 02
Let the separation finish
The job continues on the server if you leave the screen. You can return from the library when the vocal and instrumental tracks are ready.
- 03
Listen, balance, and download
Play both tracks together, isolate one, change their relative levels, or download the vocals and instrumental separately.
Made for a musician who wants to use the result.
Practise without the lead vocal
Use the instrumental as a rehearsal backing track, or lower the voice enough to concentrate on the accompaniment and arrangement.
Hear the vocal more clearly
Solo the vocal stem to study phrasing, melody, timing, and harmonies that may be harder to hear in the complete mix.
Connected to Breakdown
A completed Breakdown can also use Remove Vocals. It requests the same two-stem separation for that song without charging for a separate Stems creation.
Common questions
- Does it split every instrument separately?
- No. Soonic currently creates two tracks: vocals and instrumental. It does not promise separate drums, bass, guitar, and piano stems.
- Can I download the instrumental?
- Yes. When separation finishes, the vocal and instrumental tracks can each be downloaded from the result.
